Cookies Policy

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files saved on your computer. They allow a web site to save information about your preferences between visits to the site.

On this site, we don’t save any cookies with your personal information unless we ask you first and get your OK. You can always change your mind later and remove the cookies.

No other site on the Internet can read the cookies we save on your computer – and we can’t read anyone else’s cookies. So what you tell us stays with us.

IF THIS ISN’T YOUR OWN COMPUTER

Don’t save a cookie on someone else’s computer, otherwise they may be able to access your information without you knowing. So only save cookies on a computer you personally control.

IF YOU USE SEVERAL COMPUTERS

A cookie is saved on a specific computer. So if you use two computers, cookies you save on this computer won’t be available on the other computer. But there’s nothing to stop you saving the same (or different) cookies on both computers.

WHAT ARE SESSION COOKIES?

As well as normal cookies, which are saved on your computer, we use something called session cookies. These aren’t saved on your computer and only last for as long as you have your browser open – as soon as you close your browser, they’re gone.

We use these widely on the site so that we can keep track of things – for example, to know whether or not you’ve logged on. Because they’re not saved on your computer, we don’t ask you about these. Like normal cookies, they can’t be shared between sites.
